Welcome to www.edubrights.in (the "Site"), operated by EduBrights Training Solutions ("EduBrights," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and enrolment in any course or training program offered by us. By accessing the Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

EduBrights Training Solutions is a training institute based in Shenoy Nagar, Aminjikarai, Chennai, offering IT and business skills courses, including as a Zoho Authorized Training Institute.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are enrolling with the consent and involvement of a parent, guardian, or educational institution (such as for school workshop programs).

3. Course Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment, as applicable.
• Course schedules, batch timings, faculty, and mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid) are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners in advance.
• We reserve the right to reschedule, combine, or cancel a batch due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case learners will be offered an alternative batch or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
• Course materials, recordings, and resources provided are for the personal use of the enrolled learner only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

4. Fees and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before or during the course, as communicated at the time of enrolment.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension of access to classes or course materials.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and engage respectfully with faculty and fellow learners
• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Not misuse, copy, or redistribute proprietary training content, certificates, or materials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner who violates this code of conduct, without refund, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, presentations, branding, logos, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of EduBrights (or its licensors, including Zoho and other certifying partners, where applicable) and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

7. Certificates

• Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the attendance and/or assessment criteria specified for each course.
• Third-party vendor certifications (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft) are subject to the certifying body's own terms, exam fees, and eligibility requirements, and are not guaranteed by EduBrights.

8. Placement Assistance

Where offered, placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis only and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, interview, or job offer. See our Disclaimer for further details.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or related networks
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., Zoho, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the terms, practices, or performance of these third parties.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or a course, without notice, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to EduBrights, its staff, or other learners.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or enrolment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
